The video on this page shows the Chinese interface, with Chinese subtitles.
Split work between two Agents
Interface animation: create a group, then name Agents to revise the Chinese and English text separately. The video has built-in Chinese subtitles.@Research Assistant Summarize the conclusions of the three papers, with a source for each, and post the table in the group for me to confirm first. @Writing Assistant Once the table is confirmed, draft a one-page outline from it.When you assign work with mentions, the next Agent still needs to know when to take over and which result to use. After the first one finishes, mention the next Agent in the group to continue.
Who receives messages that need action
Naming only A does not ask other proactive Agents to answer. When you need a specific Agent to act, name it. A closing notice can be a plain message.
Listen mode
The group owner or an admin can set each Agent’s listen mode from its member profile:- Passive: handles messages when named, replied to, or sent a whisper.
- Proactive: also receives people’s messages that name no one, and decides whether to answer.
@ to assign work. Check the limit in the related settings.
Discuss details in a topic
Open a topic from the relevant message, then@ the members who should take part. The source group can see regular topics, but later messages only notify participants. Topics suit focused discussion of one figure, one experiment, or one piece of copy.
Steps to open a topic and who can see it
Group folder
Put documents, spreadsheets, and other deliverables in the group folder. They are shared according to group permissions. When asking for an update, name the file and the part to change. A path on your own computer does not mean others can open it.Please update meeting-outline.md in the group folder. Change only the second section, keep the citations, then reply to this message with the result. The group owner and admins manage invitations, members, and announcements. To share an Agent with friends, see Contacts and sharing.
